The International Localized Education Program (ILEP) is a revolutionary and proprietary educational framework exclusively conceived, designed, and developed by Saint Petersburg University of Science and Technology (SPBUNI). At its core, the ILEP method addresses the single most critical barrier to international education: language proficiency. Through this exclusive model, prospective students who lack prior fluency in English or Russian can enroll in official SPBUNI academic curricula delivered in their native or local languages through authorized institutional representatives. While instructional delivery is localized for maximum comprehension, all course syllabi, educational standards, examination protocols, and degree conferrals remain under the direct and exclusive authority of SPBUNI.

For partner institutions, ILEP delivers an unprecedented value proposition by enabling them to expand their recruitment capacity exponentially. How to Join the ILEP Program

Individuals and institutions interested in joining the ILEP program can participate either as an Educational Representative / Program Executor or as a Student:

Educational Institutions & Partners: To deliver this innovative program in your country and establish a formal partnership with the university, you can begin your application process via the Become Our Representative section.
Students & Prospective Applicants: You can join the program through an official university representative in your country (please visit the Our Authorized Representatives directory to locate your local representative). If there is currently no official representative in your country, you can contact the university directly. Simply fill out the short form below and select the ILEP option to receive full details regarding our online academic programs—ranging from certificates and diplomas to Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate/PhD, and post-doctoral levels. Furthermore, as student enrollments increase in your region, the university will actively seek and appoint an official local representative to deliver the ILEP program locally in your country.
