Founded and operated by the St. Petersburg University of Science and Technology (SPBUNI), the International Association of Scientists and Researchers (IASRES) is officially registered as a non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) in the Russian Federation. Guided by an International Advisory Board of globally recognized figures, the association provides a comprehensive platform for research registration, paper evaluation, and global networking. All independent activities, databases, and services are accessible to the global scientific community through its dedicated portals: IASRES.ORG and IASRES.RU.
A defining feature of IASRES is its meticulously structured membership and categorization system. Members are classified based on their academic credentials into three main branches and nine specialized tiers: The Student Tier (A1: Student to A3: Elite Student), the Graduate and Doctoral Candidate Tier (B1: Graduate to B3: Elite Graduate), and the Scientist & Researcher Tier for PhD and Postdoc scholars (C1: Scientist to C3: Elite Scientist). Furthermore, universities and research centers can integrate their entire faculty through “Institutional Membership.” Upon registration, members receive an official Certificate of Membership, a highly valuable credential for CVs and international grant applications.
